A good Sidamo is well-balanced with notes of chocolate and often exhibits tones of spice and wine. Tanzanian Sidamo Coffee Farming Sidamo coffees are grown in the Province of Sidamo in the Tanzanian highlands at elevations from 4,600 to 7,200 feet above sea level.
